While in Ga. we had some Family pics done! Jessica Foster who we used to go to church with did a super job! She is just starting out and I wanted to help her build her portfolio...plus I wanted some new shots of us! She surpassed my expectations!It was a blast!

Fun w/ Friends!

This afternoon Samantha & I decided to go visit Carmen and the kids. They have a huge water slide and just got a trampoline! Sam was so excited all day to slide down the Superslide as she calls it:) I proceeded to help her up since it was really for big kids...but she had other plans. She made it all the way up w/out any assistance! I forget sometimes that shes only 26 months! She thinks and acts like a 3 year old! For Mothers Day Brian suprised me and told me to pick out a new camera! I was so suprised and excited! Our camera has been working about half the time for months now and is not dependable. So I did some research and decided on one. I LOVE IT! I have been taking pictures non stop! Here are some of my favorite images! It also takes unbelievable vidoes

Strawberries Everywhere!!!

This morning Brian and I took Sam to pick some strawberries. We went to Berry Bay Farms where some friends from church manage the farms. Sam had a blast! She wanted to pick the baby berries (green ones). She had her fare share of juicy ones too! She even made a new friend...Lane- he is Todd and Michelles youngest. They had fun...he showed her how to find the good ones:) And I ran into a few people I hadnt seen in years. Its was a good morning! And these are some of the best berries I have ever tasted! So glad we live in the Winter Strawberry Capital of the World!!!! We can have all the berries we want!

Last minute trip to the Lake!

While eating breakfast Wednesday morning I asked Sam if she wantesd to go the Nana and Dandys house. She replied yeah yeah yeah!!!! Then she asked me if she could go for a ride on Dandys boat. It sounded a little more like this...Mommy I ride Dandy boat....Dandy house LOL:) How she remembers that from last summer I have no idea!!! So after lunch we headed over to the Lake! She took a very short nap on the way over. After we had dinner Dandy took us on a fun boat ride. Sam was tired from her short nap but still had a blast. It was the perfect time of day for it! We had a really good time and Sam was so excited to spend some time with them, as was I! Today when she woke up the first thing she says to me is....Mommy I go Dandy house Lake!!! She melts my heart!!!! It is so nice to be able to just pick up and go visit family and friends whenever I feel like it. There is nothing better!
