Samantha's 1st Birthday!!!!

Ok so I know its a little early but, we have started planning Sams party. Since we will be in our new house, we would love to have the party there!! We are going to do it Saturday March 7th around 2 or 2:30. Just have a late lunch. I can't believe she'll be 1 in less than two months!!! Anyway just wanted to give everyone a heads up on the plans. There will be invitations to follow in a few weeks about particulars. I cant wait!!!

Closing date moved up!!!!

We found out that our closing date got moved up to Jan. 30th! Were so excited because this gives us an extra week to get the house ready and move in!! We are so anxious to get into our own place again!!!

YAY We're getting a house!!!!

As most of you know we have been house hunting for a while now. Last Friday we found a house we really love in the neighborhood we were hoping to get into. We found out today the contract went through and we close on Feb 5th! We got a really great deal on the house. This is definitly the time to buy! We're so thrilled to be getting a place of our own agian! Its right down the street from our good friends Dawn and Jordan. Here are some pics of the house. It needs some new flooring but other than that its in great shape!
