As most of you know we have been house hunting for a while now. Last Friday we found a house we really love in the neighborhood we were hoping to get into. We found out today the contract went through and we close on Feb 5th! We got a really great deal on the house. This is definitly the time to buy! We're so thrilled to be getting a place of our own agian! Its right down the street from our good friends Dawn and Jordan. Here are some pics of the house. It needs some new flooring but other than that its in great shape!

Very nice, guys! Congrats! Where is this place? Are you prepared to move...again!? I hope the dogs cant jump THAT fence!
Its in Gibsonton/Riverview. Oh yeah were pros at moving now LOL! We have a system. This is a 6 foot high fence! They never jumped the one in Ga and better not jump this one!
